Businesses with multistate activities face considerable compliance challenges for state tax purposes -- especially with regard to sales tax and nexus. This webinar will cover nexus rules and nexus-triggering events along with protections under Public Lay 86-272 which restricts a state from imposing a net income tax on interstate sales of tangible, physical goods. Our presenter will cover various approaches to compliance and other practical considerations when working with sales tax and nexus activities.
